01Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all members using the Piggy7 platform. By registering on Piggy7, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms. Please take a moment to review everything before signing up.

These terms apply equally to Piggy7's website, mobile application, and all other digital platforms. Piggy7 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification.

02Eligibility & Registration

To open an account on Piggy7, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You must register with accurate and complete information — providing false details may result in account termination.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.
• You must use a bank account or mobile financial service account registered in your own name — using someone else's account is not permitted.
• Piggy7 does not operate in certain geographic regions. Residents of those regions are not eligible to register.

Verifying the email address and mobile number provided at registration is mandatory. Some features may be restricted until verification is complete.

03Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your Piggy7 account. Do not share your password with anyone or allow anyone else to use your account.

• Keep your account information up to date. If your phone number or email changes, update your profile right away.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact Piggy7 Support immediately.
• Inactive accounts (no login for over 12 months) may be temporarily suspended. Contact support to have your account reinstated.
• Transferring or selling your account balance is strictly prohibited.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit on Piggy7 is ৳100. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit whenever possible.

• There are no extra charges on deposits. However, if your payment provider applies a fee, Piggy7 is not responsible for that charge.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawals can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Piggy7 reserves the right to delay or suspend payments in the case of suspicious transactions.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Piggy7's bonus offers are additional perks for members. However, each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed.

• Wagering Requirements: Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must meet the required wagering amount — typically between 10x and 30x the bonus value.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are restricted to specific games and may not be available across all games.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, Piggy7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

06Gaming Rules

All games on Piggy7 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Every game outcome is completely independent and is not influenced by previous results.

• Once a game session has started and a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, Piggy7 will refund the bet for that round.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final. Results will not be changed unless there is a verified technical issue.
• If your internet connection drops mid-game, the data saved on Piggy7's servers will be considered the final and definitive record.
• Placing bets on the same game from multiple accounts on the same IP address will be considered manipulation.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Piggy7 and may result in penalties:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games.
• Exploiting any game vulnerability or bug — if you discover one, please report it to support immediately.
• Attempting to collude with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Allowing minors to access or use your account.

08Security & KYC Verification

Piggy7 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. As a result, identity verification (KYC) is required for withdrawals above a certain amount or under specific circumstances.

• KYC requires a photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license.
• You must submit photos of the front and back of your NID, along with a selfie of yourself holding the NID.
• All submitted documents must be genuine and valid. Providing fraudulent documents is a criminal offence.
• The KYC process is typically completed within 24 hours.
• Piggy7 may request additional documents at any time.

09Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Piggy7 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud, deception, or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• As required by a court order or regulatory authority.

To close your account, please contact Support. Make sure to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.

10Liability Limits

Piggy7 is not liable for the following:

• Interruption to a game or betting session due to loss of internet connection.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service disruptions caused by issues with your device or software.
• Financial losses resulting from cyberattacks or unforeseen technical failures.

Piggy7 is committed to maintaining platform stability and works to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

11Policy on Changes to Terms

Piggy7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or platform notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

Continued use of Piggy7 after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request to close your account.
